Weir Plates & Scum Boards are manufactured in plastic, stainless steel, galvanised steel, painted steel, timber, aluminium & GRP.

Weir Plates & Scum Boards are suitable for most weir edge & scum separation.

Weir Plates & Scum Boards are suitable for both circular & rectangular tanks.

There are two main types of Weir Plates.

There is the plain type of Weir Plate or the "V" notched type of Weir Plate. The notched type of Weir Plate is generally preferred in installations where fluctuations in flow rates are to be expected.

Weir Plate fixing holes are usually slotted to provide simple vertical adjustment.

Weir Plates are usually supplied in 2 m or 3 m lengths for ease of handling.

Weir Plates can be supplied to any length to suit customers requirements.

Weir Plates are usually 200 mm or 300 mm deep, but can be supplied to any dimension.

Weir Plate brackets can be supplied in galvanize steel or stainless steel.

Scum Boards are usually supplied in 2 m or 3 m lengths for ease of handling.

Scum Boards can be supplied in any length to suit customers requirements.

Scum Boards are usually 200 mm or 300 mm deep, but can be supplied to any dimension.

Scum Board brackets can be supplied in galvanized steel or stainless steel.
