Flap Valves

Flap valves are manufactured in plastic, cast iron, stainless steel, galvanised steel, painted steel & timber.

Circular Flap Valves are available in composite plastic, uPVC & stainless steel, from 100 mm diameter up to 600 mm diameter.

Double Hung Flap Valves Series DHFV

Flap valves are supplied complete with self lubricating bronze hinge bushes. Grease lines ( if required ) can be offered as an extra.

Flap Valves can be either square or rectangular.

Please note Flap Valves above 2000 mm are available but not shown in the brochure.

Wall mounted flap valves are manufactured with stainless frames, galvanised frames or painted frames.

Flap valve doors are manufactured in plastic HDPE, timber, stainless, galvanised or painted steel.

Flap Valve Winch Mechanisms are available as an extra.

Flexible Door Flap Valves Series FFV

Flexible Door Flap Valves Series FFV is a high duty range of fabricated wall mounted Flap Valve, suitable for 6m surge head conditions.

Flexible Flap Valves are available from 400 mm up to 1500 mm.

Flexible Flap Valves can be either square or rectangular.

Flexible Door Flap Valves frames are manufactured with stainless steel, galvanised steel or painted steel.

Flexible Flap Valve Doors are manufactured in nylon rubber or 60 shore neoprene.

Cast Iron Flap Valves

Cast Iron Flap Valves are available both square or circular.

Cast Iron Flap Valves are available from 80 mm diameter up to 1800 mm diameter.
